Aloha Friday Fit HIIT: Week 1

Happy Aloha Friday Mermaids!

Every Friday the island is filed with positive energy and good vibes, ready to celebrate the weekend ahead. Aloha Friday is one of my favorite days of the week because I make it a point to take my workout to the fresh outdoors and feel the warmth of the islands.

Seriously, can you even imagine a better way to kick-start the kick ass weekend?

Didn’t think so.

I’m stoked to share these Aloha Friday vibes with my Fit HIIT of the week.

High Intensity Interval Training helps improve endurance and speed, making it important to incorporate into any training program. As I prepare for the marathon I plan on utilizing HIIT during my cross training days.

For today’s Aloha Friday Fit HIIT I’m swapping my run for a little pedal pushing. Cycling is a badass way to increase muscle tone with less of an impact on your joints. Boost your stamina and torch major calories by pushing yourself through my HIIT Cycle Circuit.

Fit HIIT-1

Finish off the circuit with a five minute cool down and five minute stretch.
