Aloha Friday Fit HIIT: Week 2

Happy Aloha Friday Mermaids!

It’s time to kick-start your kick ass weekend with my new Aloha Friday Fit HIIT.

With a killer mix of jump roping, planks and dare I say it – burpees, this weeks high intensity interval workout will have you jumping for joy (when it’s over).

Skipping rope is the perfect anytime, anywhere workout. It’s an effective cardio exercise that works your arms, legs and core while improving balance.

So lets hop to it.

Grab a jump rope and take it back to your recess roots with this full-body workout.

Aloha Friday Fit HIIT Week 3

Repeat the circuit 3 times with a one minute rest in between sets, then finish off with a five-minute cool down and five-minute stretch.
